You have 3 trades, but the risk is already maxed out. Before: you look at how many positions you’ve opened. After: you look at how much theoretical loss is already in the portfolio. Open Risk % helps you read overall risk before adding new positions, along with concentration and max open positions. If the portfolio is already loaded, the problem isn’t the number of trades.
